What to send
For a fact error, send the page link and the source that disagrees. For a privacy request, name the right you want to use. The privacy page lists those rights.
There is no web form. Email is the only channel.
What we cannot do
We cannot recover a banned Call of Duty account, refund a store purchase, or supply a download.
