POLICY

Editorial Policy and Sources

A date, a number or a price needs a source on the page. Unchecked claims are omitted or marked as unchecked.

From my notes. While assembling the game hub I found Steam listing 25 March 2014 and Wikipedia listing 5 November 2013 for Windows. I left both on the page. That is the rule: a conflict is part of the article, not something to smooth over.

Source order

First the official game page and the platform store that sells the SKU. Then Wikipedia and the Call of Duty Fandom for campaign and character detail. Then SteamCharts, HowLongToBeat or ProtonDB when the question is a measurement.
A forum post or a video can suggest where to look. It does not become a fact until a page above confirms it.

Updates

Player counts and store inclusion are dated. If the date is old, the number is historical, not a live promise. Corrections go to [email protected].

Questions

Do you invent lore?

No. Character claims cite the timeline wiki they came from. The two Ghost timelines are never merged.

Do you take affiliate fees?

Store links are direct. Any paid relationship would be listed on the affiliate disclosure page. None is active.
