What the map asks
Start by drilling the accessible hive and defend the drill from Cryptids. Clear each hive to open the route into the next facility section; use the calmer intervals to revive, resupply, spend skill points, and look for locker keys before starting another drill. The story objective is to destroy hives and locate Dr. Samantha Cross at the Alaska research facility.
The Breeder appears after the opening section and again later; the second-area appearance can be allowed to clear the path rather than treated as a required kill. In the final fight, keep moving as a group, shoot its forehead when exposed, and destroy the flower-like pods it plants so they do not restore its health. The map is complete when the final Breeder is defeated and the ending sequence plays.
Venom-X
The free Venom-X is in the facility's middle room behind a hive-blocked door in the later area. Clear that hive, then pick it up from the room; all players can take it without replacing a primary weapon. Cryptids drop glowing ammunition eggs.
