Change the language in Call of Duty: Ghosts
One how-to for every language query. This site is in English. It does not ship a translated copy of the game.
From my notes. PCGamingWiki keeps a language table for the PC build. I am not reproducing every row, because the useful action is the same: set the language where the copy was bought, and download the pack. The Steam thread on the empty menu is what happens when that pack is missing.
Where to change it
On Steam, the language control is in the game's properties. Change it, wait for the pack, and restart. On a console, use the console's game language setting and the store's additional content, which I have not re-clicked on each platform this week.
Latin American Spanish, European Spanish, Russian and Portuguese show up as searches. I can confirm the demand. I cannot confirm from memory which of those have full audio versus subtitles, so I am not printing a table that might swap them.

Why is the menu empty after I pick a language?

Does this site have a Spanish edition?
No. The articles are in English.
