MENU ERROR

Fix menu content not available

A Steam discussion from the game's community is the source. I am not adding steps that thread does not contain.

From my notes. The thread players link for this error says the menu breaks when the selected language has no downloaded content. The repeated fix is to change the language in Steam or in the game's language setting and let the pack download. I tried to keep the summary that short because a longer checklist would be me inventing clicks.

What to try

In Steam, open the game's properties and look at language. Pick a language you have installed, or install the one the game is set to. Restart after the download finishes.
If the pack is already installed and the menu is still empty, the thread does not give a second official fix. Platform support is the next stop, not a random repair tool.

What does the error mean?

The community thread treats it as content for the selected language that was never downloaded.

Will verifying files fix it?

The sourced suggestion is the language pack. I am not claiming a file verify is sufficient.

Does this happen on consoles?

The thread I used is a Steam thread. I do not have a matching console document.
